Bay Cal was founded in 1988 by David Codde who owns and operated it today. David's loyal team has decades of experience that lends itself to excellent working relationships. Loyalty being our central value on our teams extends to our customers. We provide incredible service at a price fair for your budget.
Our Growth
The first contract Bay Cal took was with Black Angus after they had purchased the Stuart Anderson chain. Bay Cal continued painting large chain restaurants. Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Denny’s, Carrol’s.

Then David decided to branch off into commercial jobs on large complexes: apartment complexes, condominium complexes, high-rise buildings, hotels, and monuments. The company has had the honor of upkeeping the famous Hollywood Sign, the Mount Soledad Cross, and the San Ruis Ray Mission.

Giving back to the community is a responsibility we take seriously. Bay Cal has worked pro bono for many churches and congregations so far.
